NEW! AA Action Shots Link!

Our Business Development (BD) and Marketing Teams need your help to provide improved and more current photos of you working out in the field! To assist with this, we have a new AA Action Shots link.

This new link will ensure the BD and Marketing Teams have access to more images, making it easier to deliver compelling visuals for proposals and AA Marketing!

When you return from events, please add your photos in a folder with the project name and date and upload them to the link: AA Action Shots .  That’s it! The Innovations and Marketing staff will take it from there.

COMING SOON! Accessibility & Inclusive Design (AID) Guidelines.

Another significant initiative from the Innovations Team is the Accessibility & Inclusive Design (AID) Guidelines.  These guidelines will standardize how content is developed for individuals with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments. With an estimated 1 in 7 individuals experiencing neurological differences, AA is prioritizing inclusive design across all digital and print communications.

  • A draft of the AID guidelines is set for release in Q2 2025, with full implementation and training expected by Q4 2025 to ensure that all content is accessible and meets compliance standards.

REMINDER! Social Media Guidelines

The Innovations Team has social media guidelines that will help optimize outreach efforts across platforms. These guidelines for content creation, image formatting, and paid advertising best practices will ensure that posts reach the right audiences with maximum impact.

Organic Social Image Sizing  link

  • Instagram – 4:5 ​

  • Facebook – 4:5​

  • Stories – 9:16​

Paid Social Media

  • Keep text minimal in caption & image​

  • Run campaigns for at least 2 weeks - ideally a month!​

  • Design square (1:1) and vertical (9:16) graphics

Other Best Practices

  • Do NOT drop links in Instagram captions ​

  • Do NOT use the same image for social posts​

  • Please budget 30 minutes for Suzanna to review Paid and Organic Social Media Content Plans.
