CHSRA Design Services for Track and Overhead Contact Systems
This project aims to connect Merced and Bakersfield with a 171-mile high-speed rail system, bringing faster travel times and economic benefits to the region.
AA will conduct all the public outreach activities, working closely with the design consultants and construction teams to keep the community informed and involved. The Systra Team will be managing the design and construction phases for the track system, sub-ballast layer, overhead contact system (OCS), and related infrastructure. Our goal is to ensure smooth communication and address any community concerns, helping to make this transformative project a success.

OCTA On-Call Planning Studies Public Outreach Consultant Services
This project involves several transportation planning studies aimed at enhancing mobility and connectivity throughout Orange County. These studies will focus on creating a network of mobility hubs, improving bikeway connectivity, implementing a transit signal priority system, and developing complete streets to reconnect communities.
AA will be responsible for planning and executing various public engagement activities. Our tasks will include coordinating stakeholder meetings, developing inclusive public involvement plans, creating digital and print communications, and organizing events to ensure community awareness and involvement throughout the project's duration. Our goal is to facilitate clear communication and gather public input to support the successful implementation of these important transportation initiatives.

City of Glendale Comprehensive Operations Analysis and Integration Study for Glendale Beeline Transit System
This project aims to evaluate and improve the fixed route transit services in Glendale, La Canada Flintridge, and surrounding areas. AA will be creating and implementing an in-depth public outreach program to engage both riders and non-riders. Josh’s team will develop innovative strategies to gather feedback through surveys and public meetings, ensure equitable access to transit information, and communicate potential modifications to the bus network. Our efforts will include the design of high-quality public engagement materials, as well as facilitating presentations to city councils and transportation commissions. This outreach will help inform the study’s findings and service recommendations, ensuring community needs and preferences are effectively addressed.
